摘  要:目的 :探讨间断闭气磁共振气管、支气管单层扫描技术的方法及其临床应用。方法 :分析 2 9例胸部疾病的间断闭气磁共振气管、支气管单层扫描检查患者 ,其中支气管肺癌 1 6例 ,食管癌 9例 ,肺内型肺段隔离症 1例 ,奇静脉畸形 1例 ,慢性支气管炎 1例 ,肺内急性外伤血肿 1例。全部患者均经术后病理或追踪复查证实。 MRI扫描采用 SIEMENSHarmony1 .0 T超导磁共振扫描仪。常规作横断 T1 WI、T2 WI及冠状位 T1 WI扫描后 ,对感兴趣区加作气管或相关支气管任意方向单层 T1 WI扫描 ,扫描采用快速屏气扫描 ,以心电或指脉门控触发扫描。结果 :2 9例中 2 8例间断闭气磁共振单层气管扫描较常规扫描可获得更清晰的感兴趣支气管图像 ,能区分肿块与不张肺组织、气管内积液 (或痰栓 )等。结论 :间断闭气 MRI单层气管、支气管断层显示病变直观、客观、简单易行、分辨率高 ,不失为一种有临床应用价值的检查方法。Objective: To discuss the technical methods and the disease findings by intermittent breath-holding MRI single slice scanning on tracheal. Methods: Retrospective study on 29 cases with thoracic diseases. Among them ,lung cancer 16 cases ,esophagus carcinoma 9 cases,intra-segmental segregation 1 case,azygos venous malformation 1 case,chronic bronchitis 1 case,acute trauma hematom in right lung 1 case. All of them were confirmed by operation or re-examination. Transverse SE T1WI,TSE T2WI and coronal SE T1WI necessary,suspected bronchial oblique imaging optional. EKG or pulse gating with breath-holding was adopted on each case. Results:In 28 out of 29 cases suspected lesions or bronchi were clearly displayed. Intermittent breath-holding MRI single slice scanning on tracheal can easily display the grade 4-6 bronchi and differentiate the masses with the surrounding lung structures and the liquor in trachea or the sputum block. Conclusion: Intermittent breath-holding MRI single slice scanning on tracheal shows the diseases directly and objectively with high resolution,which is a very useful imaging solution on thoracic diseases.
