摘　　要：本文基于电信产业的价值链,对价值链上各个环节之间的委托代理关系进行了细致分析,并提出了委托代理模型,希望能够从另外一个角度来诠释价值链上各个主导者之间的关系,达到进一步增加整个电信产业价值的目的。Based on value chain of Telecom industry, this paper analysed Commission-Agent relation, which is between two parts of value chain, and a Commission-Agent model had been put forward. To make the relation between each part of value chain more clearly from a different angle,this paper emphasised to add up value on Telecom industry chain.
