摘　　要：本文论述了大批量生产类型的家电企业,运用价值工程的实例。总结了新飞电器有限公司运用价值工程的经验,在冰箱生产中有效降低成本的方法。在实践中自觉的、主动的应用价值工程解决问题,是企业提高市场竞争力的一个重要内容。The significance of employing Value Engineering(VE)in large scale household electric appliance enterprises is discussed in this article. The experiences of employing VE in Xinfei Electric Co. , Ltd. are summarized. Two examples of decreasing the cost by employing VE during the process of refrigerator production were introduced. It's pointed out that the actively employing VE in product process is one of the most important ways to improve competition ability of the enterprises.
