摘  要:于1986年,用人工受精的卵孵化或经驯养的鱼自然产卵、孵化室内饲育的方法,进行了人工培苗试验,结果表明:在繁殖期的4—5月份,捕白海内的亲鱼,经催产或驯养,均可在室内产卵孵化。在室内用硅藻、等鞭金藻、扁藻、贻贝幼体、皱褶臂尾轮虫、齿虫幼体和贝肉组成的饵料系列作饵料;受精卵和幼体在水温9.5—25℃、盐度29.2—31.6‰,pH7.88—8.17,DO8.7—60.7mg/L,NH_4-N44—118μg/L,NO_3-N100—140μg/L,NO_2-N4-7μg/L的条件下培育,育成稚鱼4.4万尾。至1986年7月16日,育成全长19.0—61.0mm的稚鱼6640尾。1987年春汛,在烟台崆峒岛又重复了实验,结果相似。Pseudopleuronectes herzensteini (Jordan & Snyder) is one of the importatnt. commercial flatfishies which distributes widely in the coastal water of the Yellow and Bohai seas. This paper discribes the characteristics of morphology and the conditions of development of fertilized eggs and larvae. The spawning period begins from the mid-April and finishes to the end of May. The matured parrent fish caught from the sea in the breeding season were induced to spawn or reared in the water tanks indoor to spawn naturally. The llarvae and juveniles were fed with Isochrysis galbana, Platymanas subcordiformis, the larvae of Mylus edulis Linnaeus, Brachionus plicatilis, the larvae of Artemia salina and a series of feed made of the flesh of fish, shrimp and shellfish. The fertilized eggs and larvae were reared under the conditions of temperature of water 9.5℃ to 25℃, salinity 29.2 to 31.6‰, PH 7.88 to 8.17, D. O 8.7 to 10.7mg/l. NH_4-N44 to 118μg/l. NO_3-N 200μg/l, NO_2-N 4 to 7μg/l. 44 thousand larvae had completed the metamorphosis and 6640 juveniles had suvived with over all length 19.0mm to 61.0mm by July 16, 1986. We carried out this experiment again and obtained a similar result under similar conditions on the Kongtong Island of Yantai in 1987.
