摘　　要：RH—TB真空循环脱气装置设备的基础是承载上部荷载的桩基承台钢筋混凝土结构。针对其所处冬期负温条件下的施工情况 ,着重阐述了冬期施工原理、技术要点、质量及技术经济效果评述。Bearing upper load, a reinforced concrete structure with a pile foundation is the foundation of RH-TB vacuum recycling degassing installation. This paper emphatically explains the construction principles and the main technical points according to the construction condition below zero centigrade in winter. Quality and technical and economic results are evaluated.
