摘　　要：目的 :探讨脐带帆状附着前置血管破裂的诊断及处理。方法 :回顾3例帆状胎盘前置血管破裂 ,分析研究其临床经过及围生儿结局。结果 :3例均为破膜后阴道少量鲜红血 ,迅即出现胎儿宫内窘迫 ,胎儿死亡2例 ,1例抢救及时 ,新生儿存活。结论 :根据临床特征 ,持续的胎儿监护 ,力争早期发现 ,并迅速以剖宫产结束分娩 ,以降低围生儿的死亡率。Objective:To study the diagnosis and management of the rupture of previa blood vessel of velamentous insertion of umbilical cord.Methods:The clinical process and the ending of perinatal fetus in3cases with rupture of previd blood vessel of velamentous placenta were analyzed retrospectively.Results:A little vaginal fresh bleeding was found in all cases after premature rupture of fetal membranes,and fetal inˉtrauterine asphyxia developed immediately.2fetuses died,the other one survived after emergency treatment.The suffocation rate was100%.Conclusion:In order to decrease the mortality of perinatal fetus,it is very important to monitor the fetus continuously,discover the symptoms as early as possible and stop the delivery by operation immediately.
