摘　　要：目的:评价B超引导下经皮穿刺肾造瘘术治疗肾后性肾功能衰竭的效果。方法:病人32例(61例侧肾脏),肾后性肾功能哀竭原因:恶性肿瘤压迫28例、其它疾病4例。操作方法:同时超声实时观察,按Seldinger氏技术,穿刺成功,置入14G的深部静脉留置导管,调整好深度后,用缝线固定,充分引流尿液。结果:本组32例出院时肾功能衰竭症状缓解,29例血清Gr和BUN恢复正常,23例可以到相关科室继续治疗。结论:本组资料表明急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭,B超引导下的经皮肾穿制造瘘术可作为临床上一种首选、安全和便捷有效挽救肾功能的治疗方法。Objective:To assess the effective method of ultrasound-quided perctaneous nephrostomy for the post-obstructive renal failure. Method:61 percutaneous, nephrostlomy praedures were pecformed in 32 cases under real-time ultrasound-guided guidance employing a navigation system. The nephrostenty, tube was inserted by means of the Seldinger technique. Results:The puneture procedure was successfully performed in each case. General conditions were improved in 32 cases ofter insertion of nephrostomy tube:23 cases could continue to getting the treatment in the relative department(branch). Conelusion:The percutaneous nephrostomy under real-time ultrasound-guided is a choice or an effctive and safe method to treat the post-obstructive renal failuer.
