摘　　要：本文介绍了兴奋剂利太林(哌醋甲酯,)、匹莫林(苯异妥英)预防氮麻醉的研究。This paper has reported the experiments on EEG of 39 guinea-pigsin three conditions to research the antagonism between administration of two stimulants, Pemoline and Ritalin, and nitrogen narcosis.The results of experiment were showen as following: The slow waves on EEG of animal were increased during exposure to N2-O2 15 ATA but were no increased exposure to N2-O2 15 ATA and injected Ritalin together. It can be indicated the antagonism between Ritalin and nitrogen narcosis. Ritalin may be an antagonistic agent for nitrogen narcosis. Besides Pemoline have not antagonism against nitrogen narcosis.
