摘　　要：本文提出了均匀流场中随机波传播的折射模型和折绕射模型,给出波流同线或斜交的解和不同流速值的顺、逆流传播波动的数值解。论述了波流同线和斜交情形,弱、强流对波的影响。文中对不同情形推荐了应用折射或折绕射模型计算的方法。Refraction and refraction-diffraction model of random wave propagation in uniform current are presented. The numerical solutions of wave up and down current propagation with wave-current coline and slant intersection are given under different current velocities. The effect of strong and weak currents on wave under conditions of wave-current coline and slant intersection are explained. Computational metthids with refraction or refraction-diffraction model under different conditions are recommended.
