摘　　要：目的　探讨电视腹腔镜治疗儿童卵巢囊肿的效果及安全性。方法　回顾性分析 2 0 0 2年 4月～ 2 0 0 3年 11月 ,12例 13侧卵巢囊肿行腹腔镜下肿瘤剔除 +切除术的疗效。结果　所有患儿经腹腔镜完成手术。平均手术时间 (5 8± 32 )min ,平均住院时间 3d ,无腹膜炎发生 ,全部患儿随访 4～18个月 ,未见复发。结论　腹腔镜手术治疗儿童卵巢囊肿是一种安全、有效的手术方法 。Objective To investigate the efficacy and result of laparoscopic removal of ovarian cyst in children.Methods 12 cases of ovarian cyst removed by laparoscopy were reviewed retrospectively.Results All the operations were successfully completed under laparoscopy. The average operation time was 58±32?min. The average postoperative hospital stay was 3 days. No peritonitis occurred. Tumor recurrence was not observed during the follow up period of 4 to 18 months.Conclusion Laparoscopic removal of ovarian cyst is a safe and effective procedure in children.
