哮喘患者治疗前后血红素氧合酶、一氧化碳体系的观察

摘  要:目的 :探讨血红素氧合酶 (HO 1 )和内源性一氧化碳 (CO)在哮喘患者中治疗前后的变化及意义。方法 :哮喘患者急性发作期治疗前后分别测定血HO 1和HbCO ,并和正常人群进行比较。结果 :哮喘患者急性发作期HO 1、HbCO为 0 1 67±0 0 32、5 1 1 5± 0 92 1 ,病情稳定两周后复查为 0 1 1 5± 0 0 4 6、4 2 69± 1 31 7,两者相比有显著意义 (P <0 0 1 )。同时病情稳定期指标亦明显高于正常人群 ,0 0 4 9± 0 1 2 4、1 2 1 1± 0 477,(P <0 0 1 )。结论 :哮喘患者血HO 1、CO明显高于正常人群 ,可能参与了哮喘的病理生理过程 ;Objective: To study the changing of heme oxygenase 1 and endogenous carbon monoxide in asthma patients by measuring blood HbCO concentration and activity of HO 1.Methods: About forty people were studied,twenty in control group and twenty in asthma group.The blood HbCO concentration and HO 1 activity were measured.Results: The activity of HO 1,HbCO of asthma group before treatment were 0 167±0 032,5 115±0 921,significantly higher than that after treatment( P <0 01).Conclusion: The asthma patients'blood HO 1 activity and CO concentration before treatment were significantly higher than that after treatment,underlying that people's HO 1/CO system might involve in the the pathological process,and also involve in self regulation of hypoxic pulmonary blood vessel reconstruction.
