吻合指掌侧浅静脉的断指再植

摘　　要：目的　总结吻合指掌侧浅静脉断指再植的手术方法及临床效果。方法　采取吻合指背静脉 +指掌浅静脉、吻合指掌侧浅静脉重建静脉回流 ;采用指掌侧浅静脉动脉化法解决动脉缺损。结果　临床应用 5 2例 64指 ,其中重建静脉回流 48例 60指 ,静脉动脉化 4例 4指 ,成活 62指 ,成活率 96 9%。结论　吻合指掌侧浅静脉可作为吻合指背静脉的补充 ,又可完全替代指背静脉 ,是重建再植指静脉回流的有效手段 ;Objective To summarize the operation methods and the clinical results of anastomosis of the superficial palmar digital veins in finger replantation. Methods The superficial palmar digital veins were anastomosed or the dorsal digital veins were anastomosed simultaneously to reconstruct the veinal drainage,the arterialization of the superficial digital veins were reconstructed to resolve the arterial defect. Results In clinical practice,64 fingers of 52 patients were replanted with anastomosis of the superficial palmar digital veins,60 fingers of 48 patienrs were reconstructed for the veinal drainage,4 fingers of 4 patients were arterialized,62 fingers were successfully replanted,the survival rate was 96.9%. Conclusions Anastomosis of the superficial palmar digital veins can be a supplement of replace-ment of the dorsal digital veins for the veinal drainage of replanted fingers,the arterialization of the superficial palmar digital veins can resolve the difficulty of the arterial defect.
