摘　　要：科学的管理对促进医疗质量的提高起着决定性的作用,并且使医院生产要素达到合理配置。因此,建设现代化的医院除了要提高医疗服务的科技含量之外,更要注重提高医院自身的管理水平,只有这样,才能使医院能够跟上社会发展的脚步,为社会提供更好的医疗服务。Scientific management plays a decisive part in the improvement of medical service of a hospital,and makes a proper disposition of the productive factors in a hospital.Therefore,a modern hospital should have medical service with much more scientific and technologic contents and besides,it must attach importance to improve self-management so that the hospital can keep continuously in step with the development of the society and provide society with better medical service.
