血液透析患者社会支持状况调查及对策

摘　　要：目的了解血液透析(HD)患者的社会支持状况,分析HD患者年龄及婚姻状况对社会支持的影响。方法应用肖水源的“社会支持评定量表”,调查分析108名HD患者所获得的社会支持状况。结果HD患者所获得的社会支持总分为38.09±7.45,与正常人总分41.71±7.16比较,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义;≥60岁与丧偶HD患者社会支持度较低。结论护理人员应评估患者的社会支持网络,并采取措施帮助患者优化支持网络,帮助患者与家属建立和睦的家庭关系,鼓励患者多参加社会活动,扩大社会交往,提高HD患者的社会支持度。Objective To investigate the social support level of hematodialysis (HD) patients and to analyze the effect of social support on age and marriage state of these patients. Methods One hundred and eight HD patients were investigated by using social support rating scale to find out the social support condition of HD patients. Results There was marked difference in total score of social support between HD patients and normal people(31.11±6.55 vs 37.12±6.99, P < 0.01). Social support was lower in HD patients whose age were over 60 and who lost their spouses. Conclusions Nursing staff should evaluate the social support network of HD patients, take measures to help them optimize it and set up harmonious family relationship between patients and their family, encourage patients to take part in social activities and enlarge social communication.
