利浦松治疗Ⅱ°急性放射性皮炎的疗效观察及护理

摘　　要：目的观察利浦松软膏治疗Ⅱ°急性放射性皮炎的疗效及总结护理要点。方法2002年1～12月将在接受放疗期间发生Ⅱ°急性放射性皮炎的40例鼻咽癌病人,应用利浦松软膏进行治疗,并观察疗效。结果显效36例,有效4例,总有效率为100%。病人用药后创面疼痛明显减轻,渗出减少,创面干燥,愈合时间为3～7d,平均5.1±2.06d。结论利浦松能调节皮炎结缔组织再生及愈合,促进创口控制成纤维细胞的过度增生,抑制异常疤痕形成及防止色素沉着的发生。Objective To observe the effect of Lipossol ointment on treating II° acute radiodermatitis and summarize nursing key points. Methods From 2002 Jan to Dec, 40 cases suffered from nasopharyngeal cancer were treated with Lipossol ointment and the curative effect was evaluated. Results The wound pain and exudation were both released, and the healing time ranged from 3 days to 7 days with mean level 5.1±2.06 d. Conclusions Lipossol ointment can control the connective tissue regeneration and cicatrisation and promote hyperplasia of the fibroblast, so that it can control the formation of abnormal scar and prevent pigmentation.
