摘　　要：目的　研究桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的治疗方法。方法　采用单边外固定支架加克氏针内固定治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折 1 2例。结果　 1 2例骨折均骨性愈合 ,未发生再移位 ,按Jakim评分标准优良率 83 %。结论　该方法可以有效地防止骨折再移位 ,方法简单实用 ,疗效肯定。Objective To study the treatment for comminuted fractures of the distal radius. Methods Twelve patients with comminuted fractures of the distal radius were treated by external fixation device in combination with internal fixation by kirschner wire. Results Bone in twelve patients healed without redisplacement. The rate of excellent and good result was 83%. Conclusions This is an easy and effective method for comminuted fractures of the distal radius and it can prevent redisplacement effectively.
