摘　　要：研制的中等碱度高铝型烧结焊剂SJ201与国内普遍采用的焊接低合金钢用熔炼型焊剂HJ350相比,两者的焊缝金属力学性能相当,而工艺性能,特别是焊接深坡口、窄间隙等结构时,其脱渣性能优于HJ350。The medium basicity high aluminium agglomerated flux SJ201 developed in HRIW is compared with melted flux HJ350 according to weld metal mechanical properties, operation performance etc. The results show that SJ201 possesses better slag detachbility especially in narrow gap welding process. The other properties are similar and equal to those of HJ350 flux.
