摘　　要：针对锅炉及压力容器制造业工程需要,建立了一个焊接工艺评定必要性判定系统,可以根据ASME第Ⅸ篇及蒸汽锅炉监察规程,自动判断是否需要重新进行焊接工艺评定,替代工程师完成焊接工艺评定项目的提出。In light of requirement to the boiler and pressure vessel fabrication, a database is developed for the necessity of welding procedure evaluation. It can provide to judge whether it is necessary for re-evaluating the welding procedure for a new project or not according to ASME Section Ⅸ and Criteria of Steam Boiler Monitor. In this way, the suggestion for evaluation will come out from database of computer automatically.
