摘　　要：弧焊过程中,无论是焊缝自动跟踪还是质量监控,对弧焊区信息的采集与处理都至关重要。本文根据弧焊区光信号的特点,采用新型MOS型CCD固体元件,通过选择合适的光谱窗口采集所需的信息;并利用微机智能化特点,对信息进行处理,以实现焊缝跟踪和实时控制。According to characteristics of are photo-signals, the required are phto-data is sampled through selecting an appropriate light spectrum window using a new MOS type CCD solid-state com- ponent. The seam tracking and real time control are reached after the data processing within the intelligent microcomputer.
