摘　　要：针对已有等离子弧焊枪存在的缺点,研制了新型结构的直筒式等离子弧焊枪,并设计制作了配套使用的操作工具。结果表明:焊枪在钨极对中和内缩量调节、钨极和喷嘴冷却效果、气流流动效果、水气密封可靠性、喷嘴更换、钨极更换和利用率、通用性、焊接区可视性和可达性等方面有显著提高。A new structure of straight chamber plasma arc welding torch is developed with aim at overcoming the shortcomings of common used plasma arc welding torches. An operating tool is made out for assembling and disassembling the torch structure. The experimental results show that the performances of electrode centering and setback adjusting; the efficiency for cooling electrode and nozzle; the effectiveness of gas flowing; the reliability of both gas and Water sealing functions; the replacement of electrode or nozzle; the electrode utilization and torch universality and the accessibility and visibility to welding zone, etc, are increased greatly.
