摘 要:本文采用南大早熟1号、德选1号和198等抗盐性不同的小麦品种,培养在NaCl中,测定发芽率和幼苗脯氨酸含量,结果表明,在NaCl中,抗盐的德选1号和198的发芽率明显高于盐溃敏感的南大早熟1号.而脯氨酸含量,培养3天以内的,南大早熟1号和德选1号高于198,而培养4天的,南大早熟1号脯氨酸含量明显高于德选1号和198.This paper reports the germination percentages of wheat seeds and the porlinc contents of wheat seedlings of salt resistant strains in fresh water and NaCl solution. Prolinc contents increased with presence of external NaCl. Prolinc contents were different for wheat seedlings of different salt-resistant strains. After the 4th-day of culture, the prolinc in wheat seedlings of salt—sensitive strains (Nanda Zaoshu 1 ) was higher than that of salt-resistant straiins (Dcxuan 1 and 198 ). However, the germination percentage of wheat seeds of the salt-sensitive kind was lower then that of salt-resistant kind
