摘 要:本文分析了单丝窄间隙埋弧焊过程中,焊丝和导电嘴在坡口中运动轨迹以及焊道切换时的运动轨迹,提出了相应的运动轨迹控制参数,通过软件,硬件的设计,用单片机对运动轨迹进行记忆跟踪并重现于盖面焊道焊接,解决了窄间隙埋弧焊盖面焊道不能连续跟踪的缺点.这种记忆跟踪可以获得良好的窄间隙焊缝.During the process of single-electrode narrow gap submerged arc welding, the movement track of the electrode and nozzle in the groove and at the interchange of weld beads was analysed. According to this analysis the corresponding control parameters of the movement track were put forward. Through the design of software and hardware, the movement track was recalled and traced by using a single-chip computer. And, furthermor the movement track reappeared at the welding of top weld beads. The problem of continuous tracing of the top weld beads was solved and sound narrow gap welds could be obtained.
