摘　　要：人权保障使得全球化与宪政发展走到了一起,作为最基本人权的思想自由权更为我们认识二者互动的关系提供了绝佳视角。全球化语境的需求唤起了我们对思想自由权中国宪政制度保护体系的构建,并由此预示着中国宪政制度发展的方向。The guarantees of human rights make the process of globalization and the development of constitutional government go to one point. And the free thought right provides us a best angle of view to learn their relation as the most basic human right. The requirement of globalization calls us to establish the protection system of Chinese constitutional government about the free thought right and it forecasts the direction of the development of our Chinese constitutional government.
