摘 要: 随着多联产及其它甲醇化工的发展,不可避免会涉及到燃用甲醇的燃气轮机的应用。本文对直接及间接燃用甲醇的燃气轮机的研发情况进行了综述。研究表明:甲醇是燃气轮机现实可行、性能优良的未来替代液体燃料之一。燃用甲醇的燃气轮机具有比燃用目前碳氢液体燃料更低的有害气体和温室气体的排放。由于燃料甲醇热值低、具有腐蚀性、滑润性差、着火点低及汽化潜热大等特点,因此直接燃用甲醇的燃气轮机燃料系统及透平等部件需要进行一定程度的改造。利用甲醇重整反应间接燃用甲醇可以更好地改善燃料的燃烧性能,实现稳燃及优于燃用CH4的NOX排放,甚至可能实现优于常规联合循环的效率。Application of gas turbines fueled with methanol is inevitable as the development of the Polygeneration and a large scale chemical industry of methanol. The paper summarizes the researching and developing state of gas turbines combusting directly and indirectly methanol. Research indicated that: methanol is one of future practical liquid fuel replacements for gas turbines with its better emission performance of toxic gas and green house gas. However, lower heat value, poor lubrication property, lower flash point and higher vaporized heat necessitate some design modifications as conventional gas turbine to be used for direct combustion of methanol. By catalytic cracking and steam reforming of methanol, the indirect combustion of methanol in gas turbines can achieve better NO_X emission relative to CH_4. Besides, matched temperature of recovery heat with that of catalytic reaction can even get more efficiency than conventional steam gas combined cycle (CC).
