摘　　要：目的　总结法乐氏四联症外科治疗的经验。方法　 1997年 11月至 2 0 0 3年 2月 ,在全麻体外循环下行法乐氏四联症矫治术 2 6 2例 ,采用右室流出道纵切口跨瓣环补片 16 4例。结果　死亡 8例 ,死亡原因 :低心排 6例 ,灌注肺 1例 ,冠状动脉损伤 1例。术后随访 2～ 6 0个月患儿紫绀消失 ,生长发育良好。结论　法乐氏四联症患儿应尽早手术治疗。彻底的畸形矫治 ,满意的右室流出道疏通 。Objective To review the experience of surgical treatment of Tetralogy of Fallot.Methods Surgical repairment was performed in 262 patients with Tetralogy of Fallot under cardiopulmonary Bypass from Nov.1977 to Feb.2003. Vertical incision in the free wall of the infundibular was used in all the patients. Transannular patches were used in 164 patients. Results 8 patients died after operation.Low out-put syndrome was found in 21 patients. All the patients were followed up for 2-60 months. No late death was reported. Cyanosis was disapeared in all the patients. conclusion Surgical treatment should be performed in the early-stage of life in the patients with Teralogy with Fallot. Completely correction of the malformation of heart and carefully intensive post-operative care are important for the success of operation
