糖尿病患者上腹部手术麻醉方法探讨

摘　　要：目的　探讨糖尿病患者上腹部手术麻醉的方法。方　法　 6 0例糖尿病上腹部手术患者 ,随机分两组 :Ⅰ组 (30例 )采用连续硬膜外麻醉 ,Ⅱ组 (30例 )实施静吸复合麻醉。结　果　I组麻醉前后HR、MAP、脉搏SPO2 变化有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,II组麻醉前后HR、MAP、脉搏SPO2 变化无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　糖尿病患者在行上腹部手术时选择静吸复合麻醉 ,对糖代谢影响小 ,氧供充分 ,循环平稳 。Objective To evaluate the anesthesia methods and management of the patients with epigastrium operation. Methods Sixty diables were divided into two groups(Ⅰ=30;Ⅱ=30).General anesthesia in group (Ⅱ). Epidural anesthesia was used in group Ⅰ. Results In group Ⅰ HR,MAP,SPO 2 had obvious difference(P>0.05) before and after anesthesia,but remained unchanged markedly in group Ⅱ(P<0.05).Conclusion There is no anesthesia accident and complication if the diabetes patients operated on epigastrium operation with general anesthesia take drugs with low sugar metabolism,are supplied with enough oxygen and their circulation is stable.
