摘　　要：“北斗”导航系统是具有我国自主知识产权的卫星导航系统 ,该系统具有快速定位、双向通信和精密授时三大功能 ,可以代替当前的 Inm arsat- C和 ARGOS系统在海洋监测平台中的应用。文章介绍了“北斗”系统在我国当前的海洋水文、气象监测平台的应用 ,并对“北斗”系统在我国海洋监测平台上的广泛应用提出了建设性意见。the Beidou Navigation System is a satellite navigation system which has own intellectual property of our country. The system has three main functions such as fast positioning, intercommunication and precise time. It can replace Inmarsat C and ARGOS in the use of marine monitoring system. The paper introduces the application of the Beidou Navigation System in marine hydrology and weather monitoring systems and puts forward constructive ideas of the application of the Beidou Navigation System in marine monitoring systems.
