摘　　要：阐述了内蒙赤峰年产 72 0 0t/a球形闭孔膨胀珍珠岩生产线设计的指导思想、依据和目标 ,给出了该生产线的工艺流程图。在中试生产线基础上 ,提出了改进设计方案 :预热后的原料采用斗式提升机提升 ;预热炉采用电加热方式 ;膨胀炉各加热区为独立结构 ;耐火、隔热和保温层采用新型轻质耐火材料 ;Instructive idea, basic and target of designing production line of 7200t/a spherical expanded perlite with closed pore in Chifeng were summmarized.Technology flowchart of this production line was also presented. On the basic of pilot production line,improved designing plan was advanced:Preheated raw was conveyed by bucket elevator, Electrical-heating mothed was used on preheating furnace,Every heating area in expanded furnace was divided into independent structures,Traditional refractory, thermal insulation material were replaced by new light refractory,Three level dry precipitation was used in precipitation system etc.
