摘　　要：本文以图书馆文献采购招标流程为研究视角,分析阐释了文献采购招标在文献自身特点、采购人、招标机构、招标人之间的利益冲突以及招标、招标要素和招标构成环节方面的诸多缺陷与不足之处。On the basis of bidding course of library's literatures stocking , this paper analyzes and clarifies the disadvantages or conflicts to be hidden in literature's characteristics , literature buyers, literature bidders and bidding institutions, which also hidden in bidding factors and bidding process.
