摘　　要：公共图书馆的书籍被盗、被污损是当下的一个普遍现象,要根治这一现象,就应该遵循罗尔斯的正义原则,为最小的受益者带来最大的利益,这样才能从根本上杜绝图书馆的偷书行为。It is a common phenomena that the books in the public library were stolen and spotted. We should follow the principle of justice of John Rawls, bring the most interests to the less enjoyed benefit people, it would be the basis to resolve the problem.
