摘　　要：深化西部投融资体制改革,应积极探索建设多元化的投融资新机制,重视拓宽中小企业融资渠道,扩大企业直接融资规模,提高企业间接融资效率。国家和东部应加大对西部的财政转移支付和补偿力度,尽快建立金融信用制度,积极放开民间投资实业的领域限制,重视建设一流的、具有“忠诚守信”品德的高级金融人才队伍,把金融活动纳入规范化、法制化轨道,推动西部投融资业健康发展。is deep to turn China to throw western region the margin system reforms, should new mechanism in developments in diversified investment in positive quest, the outlet that value to open widely the small business enterprise in inside margin, the scale that extend the direct margin in business enterprise, increase indirect margin in business enterprise efficiency, nation is with the eastern region should distinguish the enlargement to western region of the public finance transfers to pay with compensate the dint a realm for, as soon as possible establishing financial reputation system, positively releasing folks investing industry restrict, valuing developments top-grade, have' the loyalty keeps promise' moral qualities of financial talented person's troops in high class, bring the financial activity into the norm to turn and legalize the orbit, push China to throw the margin industry health development western region.
