定量分析中NiAl_3标准K值的一种测定方法

摘　　要：利用平衡凝固方法制备了NiAl3相和α Al相(质量比,1∶1)的混合标准试样,利用该试样对NiAl3相X射线定量分析用的K值进行了实验测定。分析表明,平衡凝固工艺可直接获得NiAl3相K值测定用标准试样,所测定的NiAl3相K值可应用于Ni Al合金相组成的准确测定。In this paper standard mixed sample of NiAl_3 phase with a mass ratio 1∶1 (NiAl_3∶α-Al) was prepared by means of equilibrium solidification processing. The K-value of NiAl_3 phase was tested in order to measure the phase composition in Ni-Al alloy by XRD. The analysis showed, that the standard mixed sample mentioned above for measuring the K-value for NiAl_3 phase was directly obtained by equilibrium solidification processing, and the K-value of NiAl_3 phase is suitable for the composition analysis of solidified Ni-Al alloy.
