摘　　要：中国与东盟达成共识,用10年时间建设中国———东盟自由贸易区。历史就把与缅甸、老挝、越南三国接壤的思茅市从开放的末梢推到了开放的最前沿。中国———东盟自由贸易区建设是继国家西部大开发战略之后,实现思茅市经济跨越式发展的又一历史机遇。A common knowledge was formed between China and the Union of south-east Asia countries that it would take ten years to build a free trade region. Simao linked with Burma ,Viet Nam and Laos has historically been pushed to the front from the back. The construction of free trade region is another historical chance to realize cross development after the strategy of exploring yhe western region..
