失调叶片盘耦合振动的力学模型

摘  要:借助于子结构模态综合法,为研究真实的失调叶片盘耦合振动问题提出了一种非常接近于实际叶片盘的力学模型和简便的理论分析方法;并通过对一个实际失调叶片盘的强迫振动试验,对力学模型、计算公式和程序进行了考核验证。结果表明,试验与计算相当吻合。Because the coupling vibration of bladed disk is rather harmful to the structural strength of aeromotors, a lot of work has been done for more than 30 years. Many simplified models of mistimed bladed disk were used for theoretical researches because experimental researches on aeromolors are difficult. However, some of the conclusions of many studies are inconsistent or conflicting. This paper developed a better mechanical model of mistuned bladed disk by Modal Synthesis Method for studying the vibration characteristics of real bladed disk assemblies. The model and theoretical analysis are checked by experiment of forced vibration on a real mistuned bladed disk. In terms of this model, the vibrational natures of the bladed disk assemblies can be studied well.
