摘　　要：研究以次亚磷酸钠为还原剂,柠檬酸铵为络合剂的化学镀Co—P合金工艺;测定石墨与碳纳米管合金镀层的形貌和结构。In this paper, the chemical plating of Co-P alloy technology with s odium hypophosphite as reductor and citric acid ammonium as the complexing agent is studied. The appearance and structure of alloy plating coat of graphite and carbon-nano cube is determined.
