扩血管模型与息痛颗粒对大鼠5-羟色胺含量的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察息痛颗粒对大鼠外周血、脑组织 5 -羟色胺 (5 -HT)含量的影响。方法 :息痛颗粒 (4 .86 ,2 .4 3,0 .97g·kg-1·d-1)大鼠灌胃给药 ,以镇脑宁作阳性对照药。以荧光分光光度计测定大鼠血浆、脑组织 5 -HT含量。结果 :息痛颗粒对大鼠血浆及脑组织 5 -HT浓度无明显影响。结论 :息痛颗粒治疗偏头痛机制可能与 5 -HT水平无关。Objective: To observe the effects of Xi Tong Granules on the content of 5-HT in a rat's peripheral blood and brain tissues. Method: Xi Tong Granules (4.86,2.43,0.97 g·kg -1 ·d -1 ) were given to rats via stomachs contrasted by Zhen Nao Ning to test the content of 5-HT in a rat's peripheral blood and brain tissues by a fluorospectrophotometer. Result: Xi Tong Granules showed no distinctive effect on the thickness of 5-HT in a rat's peripheral blood and brain tissues. Conclusion: There is probably no correlation between the mechanism of Xi Tong Granules for relieving migraine and the level of 5-HT.
