摘　　要：超声振动切削是利用刀具高频振动 ,使一段连续的切削过程转化为分段的、间断的高速切削过程 ,对超声振动切削机理进行了阐述 ,并从理论上探讨了超声振动切削的应用范围 。Supersonic cutting is a process that makes the continue cutting to be a interval high speed cutting through using knife with high frequency vibrate. The article expatiates the mechanism about supersonic cutting and discusses its application field in theory.This process method has gotten better effect in some terms.
