摘　　要：　阐述了区域创新体系的概念及其基本构成,从区域的科技实力和经济实力两个方面,分析了不同类型创新体系构建模式及其基本特征,提出选择不同区域创新体系构建模式的基本条件.This paper expounds the conception and constitution of regional innovative systems, and analyses characters of different forming types of regional innovative systems from aspects of economics power and science-technology power, it put forwards the basic condition to select forming types of regional innovative systems of Henan Province.
