摘  要: 探讨了木炭粉加入量对硼砂固体渗硼剂结块的影响.试验结果表明,木炭粉加入量与渗剂中其它成分有关,但以略高于16%为宜,所研制的渗剂渗后不结块,工件表面清洁,能获得单一的Fe2B相渗层.工件淬火后渗硼层不开裂、不脱落,有优良的抗磨性能.用本渗剂处理的耐火砖模具,使用寿命可提高2~3倍.The influence of amount of wood coal addition on the agglomeration of pack boriding agent with borax has been discussed.The results showed that the adding amount of wood coal bears some relation to other composition in the agent,but it can not be less than 20%.Being borided with agent the workpieces have clear surface and a boride layer of single phase FB,and the agent itself is also not agglomeration.After quenching, the boride layer is not cracking and spalling,it posses a good resistance to wear.The service life of firebrick die borided with this agent increases by 2~3 times.
