摘　　要：全球化背景下的国家主权问题,是当今国际法研究的一个热点。本文从全球化概念的剖析入手,阐述了全球化与国家主权关系的几种不同理论,讨论了全球化与国家主权的相互影响。文章最后指出,全球化并未从根本上改变国家主权,但国家主权必须适应新的历史条件。作者还就中国应采取的对策提出了建议。At present the problem of state sovereignty in the process of globalization is a heated issue of international law research. This article, based on the analysis of the definition of globalization, is to expound a few theories about relationship between the globalization and the state sovereignty, and discuss interaction of the globalization and the state sovereignty. It also points out that the state sovereignty is not being fundamentally transformed by globalization, but it must suit new historical conditions. The author also put forwards some suggestions on China's countermeasures to this issue.
