摘 要:本文重点叙述了用凝聚相法和界面缩合法加工农药微胶囊剂的工艺过程、理化性质及微胶囊在林业上的应用。药效试验和采用气相色谱法测定有效成分表明,贮存一年后的溴氰菊酯、氰戊菊酯和杀螟松三种微胶囊剂的理化性质稳定。采用机械喷雾可用来防治林业上多种天牛类害虫。由于微胶囊具有恒定控制释放农药的特性,因此与同种农药乳油相比,药效好、残效长、毒性低、使用安全。This paper deals with mainly the technological process of the microcapsula pesticide made by means of coacervation and interfacial polymerization, determination of physical-chemical properties and its application in forestry. Control test and gas chromatographic analysis have proved that the physical-chemical properties are stable of the three microcapsules, deltamethrin, fenva-lerate and sumithion after one year's preservation. Various cerambycids pests in forestry can be controlled with the machinery spray of microcapsules, with the property of controlling the release of pesticides, microcapsules are better in effect, longer in residual action and lower in toxicity than such as emulsion for identical pesticides. Microcapsule can develop ideal formulation of process pesticides.
