鸡源致病性大肠杆菌地方株的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：从山东省泰安地区典型大肠杆菌病的病、死鸡肝脏、心血中分离出了18株致病性大肠杆菌,并进行了培养特性、染色特性、生化试验、血清型鉴定及致病性试验,为研制大肠杆菌灭活疫苗提供相对应的菌株,为更有效地做好当地大肠杆菌病的防制工作提供依据。Escherichia coli stralins isolated from liver and heart blood of typical E.coli disease chichen in Taian of Shandong province were identified with cultivable peculiarities?熏 colour peculiarity?熏 biochemical test?熏 serological test and infective test. The results of serotyping show that there are 9 serotypes in the pathogenetic E.coli?熏 among serogroups?熏 O36?熏O138?熏O2?熏O21 are principal serotypes. These results contribute corresponding stralins of avian E.coli and theoretical foundation that do prevention work of E.coli diease more efficially.
