摘　　要：本文通过对2004年1月1日贷款利率浮动政策调整后吐鲁番地区金融机构利率水平的调查,对新的贷款利率浮动政策的实际执行效果和影响效果的因素进行了分析,从利率政策调整市场敏感度的角度,提出了具有可操作性的、符合基层实际的利率改革政策建议。Through the investigation into the interest rates of the financial institutions in the Turpan region after carrying out the new lending rate floating range policy, the paper reflects the effect of new lending rate floating range and analyzes the factors to the influence after this adjustment, also it brings up feasible and suitable suggestion to the reform of interest rate.
