摘　　要：本文通过对环县县域经济、金融发展状况的调查分析,认为多项金融宏观调控政策已取得了明显的成效,同时对县域经济也造成了一定的影响。为此,对当前实施好宏观调控政策提出几点对策建议:合理运用利率浮动政策;加快货币政策传导速度;始终把金融支农工作摆在突出位置;积极做好国家助学贷款工作;积极推进小额担保贷款发放。Based on the investigation of the economic and financial development of Huan Xian county, the paper shows the achievemects of financial macroeconomic regulation,and its influence on the county economy. Therefore, the paper gives some suggestions on the macroeconomic regulation:make good use of floating interest rate,speed up the transimission of monetary policy, take first consideration of the financial support to agricultural, take an active role in national student-aided loan and small sum loan.
