摘　　要：运用文献资料和逻辑推理法,分析影响我国优秀运动员退役后再就业的不利因素,建议运动员退役前应该做好主动准备,国家应该制定新的法规政策,进行竞技体育教育体制改革,以及建立国家退役运动员就业服务机构等,为我国退役运动员的妥善安置提供理论支持。According to documentary data and logical inference,this article introduces the disadvantages of elite athletes' career getting after retiring in China and gives progressive analysis.Combining with Chinese reality,the advice about ex-service sportsmen's career getting is also put forward in this paper. It points out that the ex-service athletes should be in active preparations before retirement;the government should make new policy,carry the reform of sports education system and build service agency for ex-service athletes in finding new jobs,etc.It has provided theory supports for the arrangement of ex-service athletes.
