摘　　要：对电力系统基于Internet的远程监控系统进行研究,介绍了远程监控实现的基本原理、系统的总体结构、工作过程,并开发了一个监控系统。对系统实现的关键技术进行了讨论,该系统综合利用了网络通信的WindowsSockets技术、Web数据库技术和网络信息安全技术,实现连接在广域网上的一个网络设备对另一个监控设备的远程访问和控制,该系统可以推广到许多应用领域。This paper focused on the research of remote monitoring system based on Internet in electric power system.The principle of remote monitoring is introduced and the overall structure, the working process and the functions of the system are researched. A monitoring system is developed. Some key technologies to implement the system are also discussed. The system applies Windows Sockets of the network communication technology,web database technology and network information security technology synthetically to realize the remote access and monitoring in Internet from one monitor to the other equipment. It can be promoted to many application fields.
