摘　　要：　论述如何用XML SOAP协议建立不同平台和不同数据格式的文物数字化和数字博物馆信息系统环境,探讨在分布式系统中以最小的代价实现图像数据存储和传输格式的设计以及二者之间数据格式的转换问题,给出了网上虚拟博物馆的系统结构设计和位图传输与存储的实验结果,建议XML作为文物数字化标准元数据语言,SOAP作为建立数字博物馆分布式系统的数据交换协议。How to adopt XML/SOAP protocol to construct the digitalized antique & digital museum information system environment is addressed, and how to design the system with least cost including image database storage format, transportation format and data conversion between them over distributed system are discussed. The system design architecture and experiment conclusion were provided. XML can be the standard data exchange language and SOAP can be the data exchange protocol in the distributed digital museum environment is suggested.
