摘　　要：目的　探讨采用 1 0 %盐水冰敷冰袋在急性白血病高热病人物理降温中的效果。方法　对 6 2例急性白血病高热病人物理降温效果进行观察对比 ,其中研究组 30例 ,制作 1 0 %盐水冰敷冰袋 ,作为血液病高热病人物理降温的用具 ,对照组 32例 ,使用传统橡胶冰敷冰袋作为物理降温用具 ,记录降温后不同时间病人的体温下降情况。结果　两组病例冰敷冰枕后 0 .5小时、1小时降温效果无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;冰敷冰枕后 2小时、3小时降温效果有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论　 1 0 %盐水冰敷冰袋具有降温效果好 ,降温持续时间长 ,病人感觉舒适 。Objective To investigate the effect of physical cooling method of ice compress bag with 10% ice saline using in acute leukemia patients with high fever. Methods The effects of physical cooling method were studied in 62 acute leukemia patients with high fever, and all patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in the research group used ice compress bags as the cooling method. And traditional rubber ice bags were used in 32 patients in the control group. Then we recorded the falling temperature of the patients at different time after using different cooling methods. Results The cooling effects 0.5h,1h after cooling between two groups had no statistic difference (P>0.05); but the effects 2h, 3h after cooling were significant different (P<0.05). Conclusions Using ice compress bag with 10% ice saline for cooling has better effect, cooling time lasts longer and it is more comfortable for patients as it is frost water in the ice bag. The method is deserved being generalized for clinical use.
