摘　　要：本文针对高校基础化学实验室建设过程中普遍存在的一些问题 ,络合多年的实验室管理经验 ,从实验室管理体制、试验队伍建设。this article aims at some universal problems in the construction of thecollege's basal chemical laboratory, and combine the management experience, then bringseveral suggestions from the aspect of laboratory management system, personnelconstruction and equipment and medicine management.
