摘 要:以潮褐土为供试土壤,用油菜作指示植物,通过模拟试验研究了土壤镉铅锌复合污染对植物吸收重金属的影响。结果表明,在土壤Cd、Zn、Pb复合污染处理条件下,植物Cd、Zn、Pb吸收的线性方程分别为:YCd=1.26+0.12XCd-1.78XZn,YZn=0.97+0.06XZn和YPb=1.26+0.001XPb,分别达到了极显著水准,并发现土壤Cd含量和Zn含量对植物Cd吸收量产生Cd-Zn复合效应,但二者对植物Zn的吸收未产生复合效应,不仅土壤Pb对植物Cd和Zn的吸收量未产生影响,而且土壤Cd含量和Zn含量对植物Pb的吸收量也未产生影响。A simulated test of compound contamination with cadmium, zinc and l e ad was carried out with meadow cinnamon soil grown with rape. It was indicated t hat contents of the adsorbed Cd in the plant correlated not only significantly p ositively with Cd contents, but also negatively with Zn contents in the treated soil, with correlation factors of 0.954and-0.598respectively. The contents of adsorbed Zn only showed significantly positive correlation (0.980 ) with the content of Zn in the treated soil. Meanwhile, the content of adsor bed Pb by the plant only was positively correlative with the contents of Pb in t he treated soil (factor 0.877). It was shown that the significantly linear regressions between the contents of the adsorbed Cd, Zn and Pb and the contents of these metals in the soil with compound treatment with equations, i.e. YCd=1. 26+0.12XCd-1.78XZn,YZn=0.97+0.06XZn and YPb=1.26+0.001XPb, respectivel y, reflecting that the effects of Cd-Zn interaction on the plant assimilating Cd in the treated soil through first regression. The contents of the adsorbed Cd were reduced by the contents of Zn in the treated soil. However, we did not dis covered the effect of Cd-Zn interaction on the plant assimilating Zn, the effe ct of Pb on the plant assimilating Cd and Zn and the effect of Cd and Zn on the plant assimilating Pb in the treated soil.
